Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities include

  • Lead continuous improvement projects, cost efficiencies and process improvements utilizing Lean Tools and Methodologies in all areas of the business
  • Build competencies and capacity within the organization to measure service performance and enhance management approaches and practices
  • Monitor and drive key performance metrics and report to senior management on progress, savings and future projects
  • Manage multiple projects across all companies and ensure the President and other key stakeholders are well informed on progress
  • Maintain schedules for projects, progress updates & required documentation
  • Facilitate project team meetings and provide guidance and support to Project Team Leaders
  • Creating, standardizing, and improving the operational processes
  • Research best practices and make recommendations for implementation


  • Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated work experience in continuous improvement or process improvement tools and methodologies
  • Experience with conducting time studies, work flow analysis and other methods of determining value added and non-value added time during operations
  • Ability to analyze problems/opportunities for efficiencies and make recommendations for improvements
  • Strong time management skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines
  • Excellent facilitation, leadership and influencing skills


  • Continuous Improvement: 3 years (Preferred)
