Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Service Coordinator. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests. You will communicate with customers to provide updates on service appointments, resolve any issues, and track and schedule all necessary maintenance for CLMW, shop equipment, and fleet. Additionally, you will assist in ensuring financial compliance by providing quotes during major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule field service technicians to complete service requests efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve any service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and customer communications.
  • Monitor technician performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Track and schedule maintenance for CLMW, shop equipment, and fleet.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations) for seamless service request coordination.
  • Assist in training new field service technicians and provide ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members for implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to field service operations.
  • Help ensure financial compliance by facilitating financial health checks and major milestones during major projects.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in field service coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of field service operations and best practices.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
